16. GRE is for both business and laws whereas GMAT is only for business. GRE has more tougher verbal section whereas GMAT has more tougher quantitative section. Both falls under aptitude only.

17. TOEFL happens with AI whereas IELTS happens with actual human examiner, more similar to interview. Both tests only the language proficiency. IELTS exam duration is much shorter than TOEFL. TOEFL is widely accepted in American countries whereas IELTS is mostly for European countries.

Simply, power consumption is defined as current times voltage.
