Degree vs Diploma vs ITI

What are these terms, initially?

All of these three are education. But just they vary in their domain and teaching methods.

Difference between each of them?

ITI stands for industrial training institute, this was predominantly run by both government as well as private. They teach professions/self employment work itself as education, composite of 75% practical and 25% theory. So when you done and come out of the course, you have some good practical/hands on skills. Fields includes Plumbing, electricals, AC, tailoring and many.

Diploma is the base for any engineering, unlike ITI, this is composite of 50% theory and 50% practical and it could be done only on engineering streams and not for arts & science. This could be done by both students passed 10th std as well as 12th std. The 10th std student will be going with 3 years course whereas 12th std student will be going with 2 years course.

Degree is the most popular form of education, graduates who done their degree are become  more eligible for higher level positions compared to ITI and diploma, and any level-1 and level-2 posting of govt requires degree. The degree is mostly composite of theory compared to practical, and predominantly the most of the jobs we seek in the market, expects degree as a minimum requirement.

Which one to choose?

If you are not much interested in education, and couldn’t make things with theoretical knowledge, and completely out of financial support, go ahead with ITI, which suits both aspects of your financial and individual nature.

If you wanna to go some decent middle earning jobs around 10k-25k and interested with practical stuffs of engineering, choose diploma.

But the ideal route for any one to be successful in high level postings and jobs, blindly go with the degree, but degree wont give you practical knowledge and thinking skills, which you have to work on apart from daily education offered by institutions.
