Process of Retrieving the lost certificates of Indian Citizen

 5 step process to retrieve any lost document/ replace with new documents for any Indian Citizen :

If at any cost or over any location, you lost your important original certificates like Mark sheet, Graduation certificate, Transfer certificate, community certificate and multiple others, below process can be followed to either get the lost original document or new replaced one.



1. Need to raise the complaint over any nearby police station and get the copy of FIR-First information report, also you can do the same over eservices.tnpolice.gov.in . Under citizen service, you will be seeing an option for lost document report, over there it will ask for some information regarding the lost file and where it is lost. Once all these informations are provided, you will be receiving the FIR copy in online and at the same time, the police will also take a specific amount of time and search for the lost document over the informations that you have provided. If found, documents will be reverted back to you, else you will be provided with Non- traceable certificate. (NTC)

2. NTC is just a temporary validation/replacement that you have lost your specific certificate, it can’t be replaced for the original lost document, and these needs to be taken to the local thasildar to retrieve and add lost document certificate along with NTC.

3. Now, you need to reach out to the zone where you availed this certificate initially, say you want to get HSC mark-sheet , you need to reach out to your studied school and submit a letter over lost certificate details and pay the respective amount required (500 rupees around) and attach the challan along with the letter and add NTC plus Lost document certificate.

4. Now this will be moved to Concerned department of government where this specific certificate is established, say DEO- District educational office for SSLC and HSC mark sheet. 

5. The process will take some time to complete and you can collect your new documents over the specified date range provided.

Simply, power consumption is defined as current times voltage.
