 1. Never be idle for more than 1 hour - use idle alerts if you have any kind of smart wrist bands

2. Chew 32 times, and try to send food in complete liquid form to your digestion system

3. Reduce processed foods.

4. Take stretch in your breaks if you sit and work for prolonged time

5. Eat only if you are hungry

6. Try to workout consistently every day, if not at-least 3 days once

7. Try to get sunlight every day at-least 10min.

8. Try to follow any kind of fasting.

9. Always breath through your nose and not thro mouth

10. Always be in calm place.

11. Meditation is mandatory.

12. Don’t drink too much water after consuming food.

13. Try to keep your biological cycle standard and same throughout the month and years.
