Difference Between Lawyer and Advocate




  1. Lawyer is a person who done just completed his graduation on B.L/Law
  2. Advocate is a person who done his education and actually enrolled in tamilnadu bar council
  3. Many of us without knowing it was advocate or lawyer we are reaching to take our case, but the professionals whom you reach actually is a lawyer.
  4. Get the enrolment number of a advocate and post it to the site bctnpy.org under the advocate section, this will ensure us that we reached to the reach legitimate lawyer. If not, can be a fraudulence or that person haven’t enrolled in tamilnadu bar council.
  5. The lawyer who cleared the exam BCI - Bar council of India Exam are now eligible to apply in Bar council, and hence as a next step, the lawyer will be provided with a license to practise the law and speech in court, and becomes an advocate

Do increasing Fan speed really increases Electricity bill or Does it really consumes power? The answer is Yes, but not too much, a very small amount. Simply, power consumption is defined as current times voltage. Keeping fixed supply to any home or office (220-240 V ideally and fixing 220V for experimental purpose) and monitoring the unit of current with clamp meter, the observations are below.
