Cardio vs WeightLifting

First, both are two separate entities and both have different style of effects and progress. Cardio burns more calories compared to weight lifting. Weight lifting has higher resting metabolism rate compared to Cardio. Cardio has better blood circulation and heart pump compared to WeightLifting.
