Evidence Based Skin Care Routine

Image
What is a good skin care routine? Any skin care pattern made with the help of skin care products, for better proliferation and quality of skin was called as good skin care routine. Does this really works, if yes, Justify? The routines which I’m prescribing are scientific /evidence based techniques , means these active ingredients of the components are tested to a set of people/group and the other group left with normal cream, and when we say that it was evidence/scientifically proven , these group of people who used active ingredients shows more result compared to group of people who are under normal cream. As I said in the testing phase, it was carried to group of people with varied characteristics of skin and DNA structure, so already a person who has good skin visibility might sounds a little change, but for a person who has more acne and pigmentation, it will be a drastic change! Change is assured, the level of change varies from people to people :) Does this work irrespective of S...

Rent vs Lease vs EMI

Image
What is meant by Rent, lease & EMI as individual terms? Rent is form of payment we do for the house owner for taking up the stay in his/her own house on monthly basis. Lease is form of bulk payment we give it one shot to the house owner for a certain period of time, and he/she will pay back the amount once we vacate the home after the tenure period. EMI, popularly known as Easy monthly instalment, in which we get huge bulk amount as lend to buy the property either as house or land, and we need to pay the debt in monthly basis, and as everyone would have been aware, interest will be charged for this principal amount, over the tenure/fixed period of time. The more the tenure, the more interest it would be. Eg: For a principal of 10L and 5% interest over a tenure of 20 years, in total you will be paying 15L altogether. But for the same principal and interest, if it was taken for leas tenure of 10 years, in total we pay 12L only. Which one to prefer? In the perspective of tenant,  ...

Nitrogen Air Vs Normal Air

Image
Why we need to fill air? To ensure the proper amount of friction created between tyre and air, to experience smooth driving. Low pressure can lead to accidents due to instability, and hard to handle the turns of the road, and driving with zero air on tyre, will affect the rim inside and could lead to complete ruin off. Difference between normal air and nitrogen air? Both airs can be used to fill the tyres of bike/car, but both has diff composites and physical structure in which normal air has 78% Nitrogen , 21% Oxygen and 1% Other gas, whereas the nitrogen air is composed of 95% Nitrogen, 5% Oxygen and small negligible amount of water vapour. By molecular structure, Nitrogen has big molecular structure compared to oxygen as oxygen has additional one proton and neutron compared to nitrogen, so more attraction in oxygen molecule with protons and electrons around it, so more force, the less overall space it consumes than Nitrogen What is the result/diff between using normal and nitrogen a...

Image
What is 50-30-20 rule? Its a financial guide/policy on how to segregate your monthly income. How does this work? 50% of salary accumulated under needs/ inevitables , like food, accommodation and transportation. 30% of salary accumulated for wish/ things we like to have apart from essential. Examples, visit to mall , dining at good restaurants, family trips etc.. 20% of salary accumulated under savings section. Why we need to follow this?/ What’s the value in it? Despite of all essential, achieving savings in one’s income is hardest part. Our day to day lifestyle, needs and in the world of credit cards and EMI’s, it becomes quiet impossible. But if ourselves have this kind of split up and composition in mind, and segregated the spendings in planned way, savings are achievable. Savings are the ultimate saver and confidence booster over our future and to tackle unexpected big medical expenses. Note: All Emi’s and loans should be tackled under 30%, logically speaking, because this wa...

What is meant by stabiliser? Stabiliser is an electronic appliance which helps to stabilise the current/voltage supplied to our home/office electrical appliances.  Why Stabilisers? Usually the AC current supplied to our home/office will be in 220-240 volts, but when there is a under or over voltage, the buck or boost operation of stabiliser will helps to cut down or level up correspondingly to ensure the current amount of tolerable voltage was transmitted to the electrical appliance. Can we use stabiliser for all electrical appliances of our home? Yes, you can, but please note since this is also an electrical appliance which consumes power, this will leads to increase in electrical consumption, if you consider the safety of the appliances more compared to the money you invest on electrical bills, all good, you can proceed. How to bypass this usage of stabiliser? No way, if you are using tv and refrigerator of old models. We need to use stabiliser to ensure the right amount of volta...
